Personal Achievement Awards
Congratulations to our Personal Achievement Award winners for 2016.
On April 19th, the Foundation and the Bloomington Lion’s Club recognized 19 outstanding high school students. These students have faced difficult situations in their lives and continued to maintain their education. Keynote speaker for the night, Douglas Rife reminded us that you can’t tell by looking at a person what personal struggles they may have. Education is what was transformed his life and encouraged the students to become life-long learners . Mr. Rife is President and Author at Solution Tree Press. Four $500 scholarships were awarded to:
