Cyrilla Helm named Executive Director

Bloomington, Indiana, August 27,   2013 – The   Foundation of Monroe County Community Schools (FMCCS) announced today that it  has hired Cyrilla Helm as its new Executive Director.  

Cyrilla is not new to FMCCS.  She has served as the Fundraising & Event Manager for FMCCS for the past 6 years.  “I am very excited to have this opportunity to continue working with this wonderful organization.  I was originally attracted to FMCCS because of its mission and my belief that education is the most powerful tool we can give to our children and community.  I plan to continue working with our current donors and also creating relationships with new donors in our community to share our philanthropic strategy to ensure all students have the opportunity to learn and succeed. “

 Mrs. Helm  replaces Sara Neeley, who recently returned to Atlanta to work with the REACH   Program as the Business Development Manager.

She knows the programs and all the   parties involved in them, consequently we will be able to continue to build on the past 40 years.
